  • Device & usage: IP address, User-Agent, pages accessed, timestamps (aggregate for reliability & security).

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Service (monitoring, alerting, analytics, troubleshooting).
  • Send transactional emails (incidents, billing, security, product updates).

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Telemetry/log retention is kept to a practical minimum for diagnostics.
